1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

Choose your desired school year or session you are applying for. If your desired school year or session is not listed below, please contact the school or organization directly.

To view this page and application in Spanish, select the English drop down on the right side of the page directly above this section and select "Español".

Please submit one admissions application per child.

3. Review and Submit

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit" to complete the submission of the application to the school.

4. School Interview and Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office to complete your child's admission file:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Most Recent Physical
  • Most Recent Report Card for grades 1-8
  • Standardized Test Scores, if applicable
  • Sacrament Certificates, if Catholic

PLEASE NOTE: There will be additional documentation required if you decide to apply for Financial Assistance.
